This page explains what happens to the details you give us when you sign up for a Human in the Loop Leeds morning. Last updated 22 October 2026.
Who we are
Human in the Loop Leeds is hosted by Golden Sky AI. Golden Sky AI is the controller of your details and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. You can reach us at ben@goldensky.ai.
What we collect
- Your name, email, mobile number, firm and role.
- Your AI question, if you write one.
- Whether you ticked the box to hear about future mornings, and when.
Why we use it
- To hold your seat or your place on the waiting list, and to email you the details and a reminder.
- So Ben can call you before the morning to say hello and answer any questions. Your mobile number is used only for that.
- To let you know about future mornings, only if you ticked the box. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We rely on your request to take part (to run the morning) and on your consent (for future mornings).
Where it goes
Your details are stored in GoHighLevel, the system we use to manage contacts and send emails. A short notice with your name, firm, role, number and question is posted to Ben in Slack so he can call you. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else, sponsors included, unless you give separate, explicit consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing ben@goldensky.ai. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
